From the day that a customer receives their set of custom grillz, London DXB Grillz offers a 24-hour grace period to try on his/her grillz and see if there any fitment issues or defects with the product.

London DXB Grillz will only accept 24-hour returns for all grillz that have fitment issues or are not made to the specifications of your order.

We know that teeth tend to move over time and some people opt to get braces or Invisalign, which could cause your grillz to fit improperly in the future.

We do not offer a 'free grillz remaking service' after the 24 hour period from the day you receive your finished grillz. Our grillz are made to fit your teeth specifically, so they likely will not fit after you have your smile adjusted and teeth move.

Please Note: We will only allow you to return your grillz if there is a manufacturing defect.

Cancellation Policy:

If you decide to cancel your order, you will only be entitled to 80% of the entire purchase price. You are committed to the sale. If a mold has been taken, mold kit been assembled/shipped, or if the manufacturing process has been started, you will be entitled to less of your purchase price (based solely on how much work has been done to complete your order). 

Please advise that our cancellation policy is non-negotiable and you should consider this before you complete your purchase.

If, however, there is a mistake on our end, this cancellation policy does not apply and you will be entitled to a full refund.
