Shipping policy
Our mold kits usually ship 1-2 business days after receiving clear payment. Our mold kits will be shipped via Royal Mail or Emirates Post and arrive at your address in about 1-5 business days for UK and UAE residents, and a little bit longer than that for other international customers.
After we receive your mold, it will take us about 7-10 business days to have your gold grillz professionally casted by our in-house team of gold casters. If you ordered diamond grillz, please allow for an extra 7-10 days for us to have all of the diamonds set by our professional diamond setters.
You will be in charge of paying for your finished grillz to be shipped with insured-shipping. When your grillz are complete, we will send you a custom invoice to your email which will cover the cost of insured shipping for your finished grillz. If you are in London or Dubai, you can have your molds taken in-person free of charge and you can also pick up the finished grillz.
We will add your tracking number after dropping off your mold kit and finished set of grillz with Royal Mail or Emirates Post.
If your molds do not come out the right way, you will be responsible to buy a new mold kit and pay to have it shipped back to you.
